As the winter session of the parliament commences today The Labour Ministry pushes for six bills, to name a few :-
- The Child Labour (Prohibition & Regulation) Amendment Bill,
- The Payment of Bonus (Amendment) Bill,
- The Small Factories (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Services) Bill
- The Employees’ Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Bill.
The code on Industrial Relations and the Code of Wages is on its way to completion as well all aligned to help ease of doing business in India.The session on 20th November will deal with Labour Issues along with Law&Justice, Administrative Reforms and IT.
